Shipping Information
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility
You may return items within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Used products, damaged items (not caused by shipping), or items missing original packaging cannot be returned.
